Our experience, which we see on the market for over forty years, allows us to offer a repair service and support to our customers around the world. Instruments are serviced, upgraded and repaired by specially trained professionals using factory original parts only. Subsequently, instruments are cleaned and checked, maintained to our highest specifications and finally tested to ensure the highest quality standards have been reached.

Gabrielli Technology ensures our customers quick service and technical support of high quality. Qualified staff is at your disposal for any request for technical assistance or for a pre / post sales by filling in the "Service Request Form".
In addition to 'Service Request Form' we also provide call out support for all of our products, and hold an extensive range of spares to ensure that equipment down time is kept to a minimum.
You can rely on quickly getting the right spare parts for your instruments at any time, filling in the RMA Form.

Whether you need components for new instruments or previous systems, our carefully planned inventory concept provides rapid availability and delivery of the right spare parts to nearly any location in the world.

WARRANTY

1. The warranty must be activated filling the signed module and send by email or FAX within 10 days from receipt the goods.

2. Machines are guaranteed by Gabbrielli Technology srl for a 12 months period starting from the invoice date. The warranty becomes null if the Customers does not respect the payment terms.

3. To return goods fake breitling uk: written permission must be obtain by Gabbrielli Technology srl before retuning any material for any reason whatever.

4. All transportations expenses (round trip) are at customer's charge.

5.Nobody is allowed to modify the warranty clauses without written authorization by Gabbrielli Technology srl.

6. The warranty not cover any kind of direct or indirect damage to persons or things.

7. The warranty doesn't cover the components/machines damaged caused by: transportation, wrong set-up or maintenance (bad use), overload, incorrect electric or pneumatic connections, care-lessness, negligence or misuse and, any way, use not in conformity with the instructions of the service manuals.

8. The warranty doesn't cover the failures caused by alterations or by works executed by not Gabbrielli Technology srl staff or not by Gabbrielli Technology srl written authorization.

9. The substitution of faulty components is recognised free only after these components have been returned to manufacturer's premises in order to be checked out and declared faulty. The guarantee does not include the cost of labour.

10. At the same time the warranty excludes any refunds for damage, direct or indirect, of any types to people or to objects/propriety as well as refunds for damages or stop to the production.

11. The substitution of the product or the extension of the guarantee is not allowed in any case, even after the product has been repair by the manufacturer under guarantee.

12. The customer to undertake: To work in conformity with this manual. To fill in the relevant form,enclosed to manual, all operation of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance complete with date when carry out maintenance, stamp and operator signature.

CONDITION OF SALE

ORDER
The Order must be accepted by us in writing.No variation/alteration shall be made unless expressly agreed between the parties.

AMENDMENTS OR CANCELLATIONS
Accepted only by prior written agreement by us.

QUOTATIONS
All quotations are ex-works- EXW, packing included and exclusive of VAT, freight, insurance, installation and other costs, unless expressly specified. We reserve the right to impose a minimum order charge, and to amend any errors in quotations. Certificate of Origin, ATR-1, Consular visa to be quoted separately.

INSTALLATION, SERVICING, TRAINING
Not included in the selling quotations. All operating instructions provided with the equipments allow the laboratory technicians with adequate skills to install any equipments. Should Customer request installation or training all stay and travelling costs will be at Customers charge based on rates for technical service stated by ACIMAC in the period.

TERMS OF PAYMENTS
The terms of payments are specified on Gabbrielli Technology srl sale agreements.


DELIVERY TIME
Quoted delivery dates are given by Gabbrielli Technology srl and are estimated only, but we do not accept any liability for delay in delivery due to any circumstance.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTION
The Customer is requested to provide shipping swiss replica watches instructions. Risk in the goods shall pass to the Customer when delivered or collected by the Customer or its forwarder. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage to goods in transit.

CATALOGUES
All illustrations and specifications in Gabbrielli Technology srl catalogues are based on the latest information available at the time of the publication. However with our policy of continuous development of products, we reserve the rights to change, improve, alterate and delete models without notice

PROPER LAW and JURISDICTION
The contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Italian Law, and all disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of Italian Courts.
