To determine the dynamic critical angle. The equipment is manufactured in accordance to DIN 51097-1992-11, DIN 51130:2014-02 consists mainly of a painted steel framework, a stainless steel platform with adjustable angle to arrange the panel of 100x50 cm with floor ceramic tiles suitably glued. The operative shall wear the safety belt provided and walk back and forth onto the platform while this is getting inclined at the rate of 1° per second. The movement is stopped by the operator on the critical angle of slipperiness. The test will be repeated several times close to the angle found to be critical, in order to get a more precise value.
