The SHOCK-TEC module performs the temperature change test (thermal shock) and determination of the overflow flow rate for washbasins and bidets and is built with the dimensions required to accommodate any washbasin (single and double washbasin, wall-hung washbasin and column washbasin). The washbasin is mounted on the module with wall fixings. It has two separate hydraulic circuits, one for cold water (15 ° C) and one for hot water (70 ° C). Both hydraulic circuits recycle the water used for each individual test. A flow meter is used both to adjust the flow rate during the 5.4-1 and NF tests, and to read the flow rate during the 5.9 and 5.4-2 tests. The 5.4-1 test must be performed a certain number of times (EN -1000 times).
