Test module for testing toilet seats as durability tests, static load tests, lateral load tests. All operations are performed by a Touch Panel PC with a simple human-machine interface. The results of the tests are saved in Microsoft Excel format with the possibility of printing them with the printer supplied with the machine. During the breaking tests (static load tests) it is possible to close the safety doors of the machine and carry out the tests in total safety. Thanks to the programmability of the applied force and the number of opening/closing cycles, the machine is able to carry out tests for the Russian standards GOST 15062-83 and Saudi Arabia SASO 28266
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
1 – Durability test according to, NF (free rotation and soft closing):
• Lid + Seat, opening 85° (programmable, 95° or other) wait 2 sec. (programmable with total closing sensor) for a programmable number of cycles (15000, 30000, etc.)

• Breakage test on lid or seat up to 550 kg
• Seat free fall 30mm (programmable) weight 75kg for a number of cycles 50000 (programmable)
3 – Lateral load tests according to DIN 19516, NF:
• Right and left side load seat, 5kg-30kg (programmable) Displacement measurement with laser precision sensor (3mm-10mm)
